He is currently one of the leading members of the combined ENT-Endocrine Clinic at UCSD, where patients with thyroid and parathyroid disorders are evaluated and treated by a multidisciplinary team of specialists. Dr. Weisman frequently participates as an investigator in clinical trials of new treatments for head and neck cancer. He is one of only a few surgeons in San Diego who provides endoscopic laser treatment for cancer of the larynx.
